About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Legal Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation. In this role, you will support various operational tasks relating to subpoenas, levies and other legal documents representing Wells Fargo. You will seek ways to improve customer service experience and determine the proper course of action based on customer needs. You will perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasks, and negotiate with external customers to assure resolutions and deadlines are met. You will also provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists. You will receive direction from your supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, and interact with internal customers. You will receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Legal Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience in legal order processing, including writs, levies, and liens
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze legal documents
  • Proven ability to identify potential operational issues and assess legal risk
  • Demonstrated ability to make timely, independent decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Ability to consistently meet high production and quality standards
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
