Location: Office-Based with Hybrid Flexibility | Full-Time

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication across phone, email, and other channels
• Active listening and a problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and general office tools
• High School Diploma required

Nice To Haves

• Legal or call center experience is a plus
• college coursework preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with state-level attorneys to move judgments forward
• Communicating with courts via phone, websites, and written correspondence
• Issuing, entering, and following up on default judgments and agreed stipulations
• Processing inbound mail, including court correspondence and returned documents
• Monitoring stipulations and issuing judgments when agreements are broken
• Managing assigned file-level lists on a daily or weekly basis
