We are seeking a Legal Office Clerk to join our team at IST Management Services in Los Angeles, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations, print, computer troubleshooting, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Requirements

  • Eligible candidates will have related experience and exceptional communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
  • Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions

Responsibilities

  • Mail Room - preparing shipments, processing incoming and outgoing mail and receiving incoming packages
  • Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and events
  • Copy Center - printing, scanning, document layout and quality control
  • Records - scanning, filing
  • Reception - coverage
  • Facilities - maintaining floors and appliances throughout the office
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Tasks as assigned
