Within this role, you will oversee a range of activities such as budget support, procurement, human resources liaison functions, and office space utilization. As a Legal Office Administrator 1, you will perform the following duties: Legal Support: Organize case files, prepare legal documents, track deadlines, and assist with research and trial materials. Document Management: Administer litigation holds, process filings, maintain records, and respond to information requests. Office Operations: Coordinate daily administrative tasks, manage supplies, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to procedures. Technology Use: Utilize Office 365 tools and other systems to support attorneys with information management and workflow needs. Procurement Coordination: Monitor purchasing activities, review transactional operations, prepare vouchers, and ensure compliance with policies. Confidentiality Practices: Handle sensitive information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions.
