About The Position
The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office is looking for highly motivated legal interns for our 2026 fall internship program. These internships are an excellent opportunity to work closely with our legal teams on a wide range of public interest issues. As a Fall legal intern, you will spend your fall making a difference. Our part-time fall program provides law students with a structured and enriching experience, including networking opportunities and meaningful legal work that supports the AGO’s mission.
Requirements
- Must be a student currently enrolled in law school.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Demonstrate a connection to the people and communities we serve.
- Interest in supporting a respectful, diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with legal teams on a wide range of public interest issues.
- Engage in meaningful legal work that supports the AGO's mission.
