Legal Intern (Summer 2027)

As a Legal Intern, you will work directly with IGS attorneys and paralegals on projects that support daily operations and long-term business initiatives. You will gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a corporate legal department while contributing to meaningful work.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school, preferably a 1L or 2L student
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Excellent reading, writing, and grammatical skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research: Perform basic legal research and analysis to support legal matters and business needs.
- Draft legal documents: Assist in preparing and revising legal documents and written materials.
- Maintain legal records: File, organize, and manage legal documentation.
- Review content for accuracy: Edit documents and perform fact-checking activities.
- Support daily operations: Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.
