About The Position

Comcast Spectacor is seeking a Legal Intern for its Fall 2026 program. This internship is designed for current law students who have a strong interest in sports, entertainment, and/or gaming law. The role involves supporting the Legal department with various tasks and gaining practical experience in a leading sports and entertainment company.

Requirements

• Current law student enrollment.
• Interest in sports, entertainment, and/or gaming law.
• 0-2 Years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing initial drafts of letters, notices, and other short-form legal documents.
• Analyzing commercial agreements and creating summaries of key terms.
• Conducting research projects on various legal issues and preparing memos.
• Attending meetings between the Legal department and internal clients.
• Attending calls with outside counsel on legal issues.
• Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
