Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctorate program with an accredited institution.
Class ranking in the top half of their class; top one-third is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to read and understand complex legal documents.

Nice To Haves

Prior classroom/experience with law journal and/or moot court or trial team are preferred.

Responsibilities

Work alongside four in-house attorneys on projects related to regulatory and compliance issues, corporate governance, labor relations, document management review and processing, and contract negotiations.
Gain hands-on experience in various legal fields.
