About The Position

The Legal File Clerk works to process work going to and from courts. They play a key role in resolving any issues that arise internally or externally with documentation process. This is a great opportunity if you have an interest in the legal field, are building a career in administration, good at working independently and with others, and are looking for a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have some experience in office administration. This position is a full-time position, on-site in our Oklahoma City, OK location.

Requirements

  • Ability to produce high-volume results and meet daily goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a related field (office administration, paralegal) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and print documents for court
  • Review and process documents returning from courts and servers
  • Store and pull warrants to go to court
  • File, scan, and organize paperwork
  • Process incoming mail
  • Resolve issues with filings
  • Perform other job-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned
