Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, Political Science, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
- Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
- Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Graduate degree program
- Must be committed to working a 100-hours to receive full university credit
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on laws, regulations, and case law, and help draft memos, summaries, or internal guidance for attorneys.
- Help organize legal files, support compliance initiatives, track deadlines, and assist with internal legal projects or audits.
- Assist with reviewing contracts, NDAs, and agreements by flagging key terms, risks, or inconsistencies for the legal team.
