Requirements

Located in Massachusetts and have long-term working rights in the US.
Experience where you’ve autonomously onboarded multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel to some kind of service or platform.
Experience where you’ve worked to and consistently delivered on team targets.
Proactive in learning new technical or AI-oriented concepts and then apply them to your work with customers.
Legal-curious, i.e. interested in how contracts and law intersect with tech.

Nice To Haves

Worked in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup.
Worked with Salesforce, Greenhouse, HubSpot, Workday or an API.

Responsibilities

Autonomously onboard multiple, multi-layer customers in parallel to some kind of service or platform.
Consistently deliver on team targets.
Proactively learn new technical or AI-oriented concepts and then apply them to work with customers.
Presenting live kick-off, training sessions and webinars solo.
Running 25-plus parallel onboardings.
Figuring out new software, integrations and troubleshooting workflows.
Hands-on technical work.
