Requirements
- Experienced Legal Director for Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience in Trade Compliance (Export Controls, Imports and Sanctions), Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Competition, and Anti-Money Laundering.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regulatory compliance legal team.
- Drive Dell’s compliance strategy across Trade Compliance (Export Controls, Imports and Sanctions), Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Competition, and Anti-Money Laundering.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the business and the legal department.
- Help shape compliance priorities, sales strategy, government affairs initiatives, and other key business priorities.
