Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Current license to practice law in the state of Nebraska
- One to three years of licensed practice of law experience

Responsibilities
- Providing counsel on legal issues impacting the operations of the Bank.
- Assist General Counsel with asset recovery through litigation including collections actions, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, bankruptcy, and loan workouts.
- Draft legal documents, negotiate with opposing counsel, and attend hearings.
- Work as a team with outside attorneys as necessary.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of laws and legal requirements that may impact the Bank.
