Requirements

2-7 years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law
JD from an accredited law school.
Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Cybersecurity experience a plus
Export regulations experience a plus

Responsibilities

Take charge of the entire contracting cycle, injecting legal expertise into sales contracts and a variety of other agreements, such as purchasing and marketing deals.
Negotiate both standard contracts and personalized agreements with clients.
Provide guidance to the HR department, ensuring that employment practices are compliant, fair, and in line with legal standards.
Support litigation efforts, handling legal disputes and safeguarding the organization's interests.
Collaborate closely with teams from Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
Identify potential legal risks that could impact the organization.
