Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial/hi-tech law
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.
• Experience supporting Marketing or Sales.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Cybersecurity experience a plus
• Export regulations experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the entire contracting cycle, injecting legal expertise into sales contracts and a variety of other agreements, such as purchasing and marketing deals.
• Negotiate both standard contracts and personalized agreements with clients.
• Provide guidance to the HR department, ensuring that employment practices are compliant, fair, and in line with legal standards.
• Support litigation efforts, handling legal disputes and safeguarding the organization's interests.
• Collaborate closely with teams from Sales, Finance, Marketing, and HR to develop a deep understanding of the business and make an impact.
• Identify potential legal risks that could impact the organization.
