This position will support the legal department by assisting with the management of contracts, corporate records, regulatory matters, employment issues, and other legal matters. Additionally, this position will assist with the preparation and review of legal documents and correspondence and be primarily responsible for the document control process and ensure that all files are correctly archived and accessible. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent organizational, analytical, and legal acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. Success in this role requires the ability to follow established procedures, partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
