We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal & Claims Coordinator to coordinate and support the company's legal, insurance, and claims activities. This role serves as the centralized coordination point for incident reporting, insurance claims, and litigation support, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations and working closely with internal leadership, insurance carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, and outside legal counsel. The Legal & Claims Coordinator ensures claims are reported in a timely and accurate manner, documentation is complete and properly maintained, and leadership has clear, ongoing visibility into risk exposure, claim status, and emerging trends. This role exercises independent judgment within established guidelines and company policies and escalates matters to leadership in accordance with defined escalation protocols. The work location for this position may include in-office, remote (home), or a combination of in-office/remote as well as occasional property visits.
