Legal Associate (AI Evaluation & Legal Research)
About The Position
Gramian Consultancy is seeking experienced US-qualified legal professionals for a short-term contractor assignment (6 weeks) focused on an AI training and evaluation project. This role involves creating, reviewing, and refining expert-level legal tasks and solutions related to contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research. The ideal candidate will apply practical legal judgment, adhere to quality rubrics, and incorporate feedback to ensure outputs are accurate, clear, and representative of real legal workflows. The commitment is at least 4 hours per day, up to 40 hours per week, with 4 hours of PST overlap. This is a remote position within the USA.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of legal practice experience, ideally at Associate level.
- JD or equivalent legal qualification.
- Active US bar admission.
- Strong experience with contract drafting, litigation support, and legal research.
- Strong legal reasoning and issue-spotting ability.
- Ability to analyze complex legal matters and produce practical written outputs.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication.
- Ability to incorporate structured feedback and work against defined quality standards.
Responsibilities
