In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional client service while managing administrative and legal tasks in a fast-paced professional environment. Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with document management systems and legal technology preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Draft routine legal and business communications
  • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing communications
  • Open, maintain, and close client files in accordance with firm policies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff
  • Support billing and timekeeping processes, including proofreading invoices
  • Track CLE credits and assist attorneys with compliance deadlines
  • Assist with marketing and client relationship management efforts
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
