Pura Scents, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Legal Assistant to support the daily operations of the Legal Department. This role provides administrative, operational, and coordination support for the Legal Operations Manager and in-house legal team. The Legal Assistant helps ensure that contracts, legal records, compliance documentation, and legal workflows remain organized, accurate, and moving efficiently across the company. The role also supports a variety of physical, administrative, and cross-functional tasks that require human judgment, coordination, and follow-through. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
