- Paralegal/Legal Assistant experience is required
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required
Responsibilities
- Assists Managing attorney with clients via phone, email, and in person with questions or concerns
- Act as liaison between attorneys, clients and staff
- Enter new clients information into the case management system and maintains the file
- Filing, backup phone operator & other clerical duties
