Responsibilities

• Collaborates on the support and assistance on legal issues affecting Tenaris interests for the legal protection for its financial, commercial and industrial activities.
• Foresees legal contingencies that may affect corporate interests, making and reviewing all sort of business contracts, reports, agreements and legal documents.
• Verifies the legal framework within which the operations of the company and its subsidiaries must be carried out.
• Participates and provides advise on legal issues involved in internal rules and policies and timely responds to legal queries made by the several company areas.
• Provide administrative support, review contracts and NDAs.
• Draft board resolutions and correspondence.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
