The Legal Administrative Assistant, under the supervision of the Office Administrator, is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support to assigned attorney(s) and/or members of the firm’s senior leadership. This position will support primarily the attorneys in the Bankruptcy section. In addition, this role will also provide essential administrative and case support to attorneys and paralegals across multiple practice areas, including Litigation, Business, Corporate & Securities, and Trusts & Estates. This role ensures smooth operations and excellent customer service, maintaining good working relations and fulfilling business needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a friendly and efficient demeanor.
