About The Position

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington is accepting applications for full-time Lecturer (open rank/non-tenure track) positions to teach Professional Skills (career/professional development) to undergraduates in the Communication, Professional, and Computer Skills area (CPCS), effective Fall 2026. Teaching will include, but may not be limited to, the core undergraduate courses of BUS-T175 Kelley Compass 1, BUS-T275 Kelley Compass 2, and/or BUS-T375 Kelley Compass 3. These are 10-month appointments with an 18-credit hour teaching assignment.

Requirements

  • Expertise and experience teaching in an undergraduate business classroom.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to university service and professional development.
  • Personal initiative and individual responsibility.
  • Ability to work as a member of a collaborative faculty team.

  • Success when working with populations from a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise in their teaching or other professional experiences.
  • Knowledge of a variety of instructional methods and curricular perspectives.

Responsibilities
