About The Position

The mission of Ithaca College's Physical Therapy Program is to graduate physical therapists prepared for autonomous, interprofessional practice who provide compassionate, evidence-based, ethical, legal, and culturally sensitive care to maximize the function, health and wellness of their patients, clients, and society. All bargaining unit faculty members shall be covered by the collective bargaining agreement between Ithaca College and Services Employees International Union, Local 200 United. Part-time or adjunct bargaining unit employees are all part-time faculty employed by Ithaca College at its Ithaca, New York campus, including but not limited to faculty in the titles of Lecturer or Adjunct. Successful candidates will be required to attend an orientation session to meet with union leadership prior to their first day. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position. In an effort to promote campus safety and the security of College resources, Ithaca College will, consistent with the requirements of the law and prudent practices, conduct criminal background investigations per College policy.
