About The Position
The University of Miami's Frost School of Music is seeking a Part-time Lecturer for the Department of Music Education. This is a part-time appointment effective August 15, 2027, at the rank of Part-Time Lecturer. The University of Miami is a private, comprehensive university with approximately 16,200 students. The Frost School of Music has an enrollment of approximately 750 majors and is served by a faculty of approximately 85 full-time and 45 part-time faculty, plus 128 graduate teaching assistants. The Frost School of Music has been an accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music since 1939.
Requirements
- Minimum master's degree in Music Education or related field.
Responsibilities
- Strong teaching skills in Music Education classes.
