About The Position
The MBA Program at California State University San Marcos seeks a part time lecturer for Summer 2026 to teach BA 617: Leadership and Business Ethics. The course focuses on aspects of leader-follower interaction including ethical decision-making, effective use of power, politics, and influence. It also covers understanding what motivates followers both individually and in teams and managing diversity and business ethics.
Requirements
- A Master of Business Administration or a master's degree in a related discipline
- Working in the State of California is a condition of employment
