Requirements

• Hold a college diploma in electrodynamics or instrumentation
• Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Possess programming skills and A/B PLCs
• Possess knowledge of AC and DC variable frequency motors, instrumentation and control, and pneumatic and mechanical equipment
• Have good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, and ability to foster teamwork
• Possess good priority management, be responsible, and have initiative

Nice To Haves

• Possess a C license

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment in case of breakdown to ensure production targets are met
• Execute work according to established priorities, equipment availability, and required materials
• Perform inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment
• Communicate work and project progress to relevant individuals
• Ensure planned work is completed according to deadlines
• Provide training to plant employees, as needed
• Work with external companies to successfully complete projects
• Perform breakdown analyses and suggest measures to improve process efficiency
• Perform all other related tasks
