Job/Department Summary: Under the general direction of the Director of Benefits, Leaves & Workers’ Comp, the incumbent implements the activities of the Leave of Absence programs, serves as a Facilitator of the Interactive Process for disability related accommodations, and supports activities of Workers’ Compensation and is responsible for the implementation and application of current laws, guidelines, regulations, and CSU policies/procedures, and contract provisions governing Workers' Compensation, Leave of Absences, Americans Disability Act (ADA) and other benefits. Consults with the Director, if accommodation is not readily apparent and/or there are other complex issues, and provides support and analysis to the Director for the more complex or sensitive requests. Splits case reviews equally with the other LOA/Accommodation/WC Specialist.
