The HR and Performance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and analyzing HR and performance data to ensure the workforce aligns with the organization’s goals. They partner with the HR and center leadership teams to analyze Human Resources and employee data, refine performance and development processes, and provide actionable insights to drive success. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
