This is a hybrid role (3 days/week) in the office and is based in Overland Park, KS Job Overview The LOA Partner role is the point of contact where HR Partners can refer managers and employees who have an escalated leave situation in which they need assistance to resolve the outstanding issue. Will also be available to support employees when planning for leave of absence to help ensure a smooth experience starting a leave to returning to work. Requires customer focus, change & innovation, critical thinking, relationship building, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership. Provide consultation that builds trust and is committed and focused on the improvement of the employee experience.
