About The Position

Summary/Objective The Leave Management Systems Specialist is an individual contributor role reporting to the HR Services team. Core Job Duties Configure, maintain, and optimize the leave management software platform, including workflows, rules, communication templates, documentation timelines and entitlement structures. Lead configuration activities during new-client onboarding, including requirements gathering, workflow design, communication setup, UAT support, and platform deployment. Translate employer processes, handbooks, union agreements, and policy documents into accurate configuration of system rules and triggers. Maintain working knowledge of applicable leave laws including FMLA, ADA, and state laws. Build and refine automated communication sequences, notices and reminders. Conduct data validations for employee demographic information, eligibility indicators, timebank mapping, and historical leave records. Support integrations between multiple HRIS platforms and the leave software by reviewing data mapping, feeds, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating resolution with technical teams. Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to internal stakeholders, including Leave Specialists, HR Assistants, HR Consultants, Sales and Implementations teams. Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • The position requires a detail oriented, self-starter who has experience with human resources and leave management.
  • Must have good time management skills and the ability to work independently.
