Requirements

1-2 years of leasing and/or customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, housing, or multi-family environment.
Strong sales skills with a desire to exceed company leasing requirements.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused mentality.
Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs.
A career mindset with a polished, professional appearance.
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced leasing office.
Weekends required, as needed.
Background checks are an employment requirement.
Completion of candidate assessment is required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents & prospects.
Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community.
Consistently work towards closing lease agreements over the phone, through email, and in person.
Act as the subject matter expert on the product, the property, and the local neighborhood.
Generate leads by conducting effective follow-up via phone and email.
Create and implement promotional programs, including online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach, and resident events.
Contribute to achieving desired occupancy levels by renewing current resident leases.
Maintain accurate resident files.
