About The Position

The Leasing Specialist role at Quiet Waters Landing in Annapolis, MD is a full-time position focused on attracting and retaining residents. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting property tours, explaining leasing options, and assisting with the application process. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary, along with availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
• Positive, professional, and customer-service driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a busy office setting
• Comfortable using a PC and learning new software

Nice To Haves

• Previous leasing, hospitality, or high end retail experience preferred
• Entrata experience a plus
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
