About The Position

As a Leasing Specialist for The Edison Lofts in downtown Raleigh, NC, your primary focus is to lease apartment-homes in a very competitive market. In addition, you will deliver exceptional customer service to meet the ongoing needs of current residents.

Requirements

Leasing experience strongly preferred
Must be willing to work 2-3 Saturdays per month (still enjoy 40 hours per week)
Vehicle and driver's license
Ability to "sell"/lease apartments in a competitive market
Self-motivation and drive
quick on your feet with a strong work ethic
People skills, ability to have conversations with prospects and listen to their real needs so you can build rapport and trust
Charisma, must be likeable to prospects and residents.
Empathy, relating to the customers and supporting them.
Confidence, never let go of opportunities and stay positive.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with prospects to lease apartments in a competitive market.
Manage the queue daily to follow up with any leads.
Provide stellar customer service to our current residents.
Plan social events for our residents to create a fun experience.

Take ownership of issues and help problem-solve throughout the day.
Understand our product in the market and be able to articulate its value.
