About The Position
Be the face of the community. Turn tours into leases and prospects into residents. This is a part-time position with 24 hours per week. The office is closed on Sundays.
Requirements
- Leasing or customer service experience
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Excellent communication; friendly and professional
- Drive to hit personal and team goals
Responsibilities
- Give apartment tours that showcase the community's best features
- Pursue leads, secure leases, and help drive occupancy
- Process applications and prepare lease agreements accurately
- Conduct move-in inspections and welcome new residents
- Plan and support resident events and promotions
- Track market trends and competitor properties to sharpen leasing
- Keep accurate leasing records and support daily office functions
