Requirements

1-2 years of leasing and/or customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, housing, or multi-family environment.
Strong sales skills with a desire to exceed company leasing requirements.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-focused mentality.
Proficiency with various software, apps, and computer programs.
Career mindset with a polished, professional appearance.
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced leasing office.
Weekends required, as needed.
Background checks are an employment requirement.
Completion of candidate assessment is required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents & prospects.
Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community.
Close leases over the phone, through email, and in person, acting as the subject matter expert on the product, property, and local neighborhood.
Generate leads through effective phone and email follow-up.
Create and implement promotional programs, including online advertising, direct marketing, social media outreach, and resident events.
Contribute to desired occupancy levels by renewing current resident leases.
Maintain accurate resident files.
