AIR Communities owns and operates best-in-class apartment communities in major markets across the country. Our communities are led by team members who deliver an elevated resident experience and win through service, speed, and sales performance. This role is responsible for owning a prospect pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease by following AIR's sales process, responding quickly, scheduling tours, and closing with confidence. The consultant will use AIR's CRM, AI-enabled leasing tools, and digital communication platforms to manage follow-up, document prospect activity, and improve conversion. They will consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals through high-quality tours, strong discovery, and effective closing. Additionally, the role involves delivering an exceptional resident and prospect experience that drives leases, renewals, and referrals, providing leasing support to communities across the AIR portfolio as needed, and contributing to community marketing efforts that increase qualified traffic and brand visibility. Adherence to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations is required.
