About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking ambitious and goal-driven Leasing Consultants to join their team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for creating positive experiences for current and future residents by following AIR's sales process, conducting tours, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and lucrative commission opportunities, with additional incentives for longer lease terms, higher rent units, and exceeding monthly goals. The position is based onsite at Foxchase Apartment Homes in Alexandria, VA.

Requirements

1+ year sales and customer service experience, including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
Demonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours.
Reliable transportation.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with active prospects.
Schedule and conduct tours to sell the value of the community and help prospects find their new home.
Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter.
Provide leasing support to other AIR communities as needed.
Contribute to community marketing efforts.
Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
