About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking a competitive and driven Leasing Consultant for its Vineyards at Paseo Del Sol community in Temecula, CA. This high-visibility onsite role involves managing the sales process from initial inquiry to signed lease, conducting compelling community tours, and consistently meeting or exceeding leasing goals. The position requires a strong focus on customer experience, adherence to Fair Housing Laws, and contribution to marketing efforts. Top performers are rewarded with lucrative commission opportunities based on leasing volume, quality, and sustained performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
  • Demonstrated success following a structured sales process, managing follow-up, and converting leads into signed agreements
  • Evidence of tenure and growth, including sustained success in one role or with one employer long enough to show progression and performance consistency
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to address current and future resident needs
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, lead management tools, and leasing technology
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours. Typical schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-7pm (hours may vary based on community and season).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

  • Preferred backgrounds include property management, wireless retail, automotive sales, real estate, hospitality sales, retail sales, restaurant sales leadership, home services, or other high-volume consultative sales environments

Responsibilities

  • Own your pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease by following AIR’s sales process with urgency, strong follow-up, and disciplined conversion activity.
  • Schedule and conduct compelling community tours that sell lifestyle, value, and apartment fit — and convert qualified traffic into leases.
  • Consistently meet or surpass monthly leasing goals and maintain a track record of strong closing performance.
  • Use CRM tools, lead management systems to track follow-up, manage prospect activity, and improve response speed and conversion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
  • Provide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
  • Contribute to community marketing efforts, including local outreach, digital engagement, and community-level lead generation.
  • Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
