About The Position
The Residences of Gallatin is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, sales, and helping people find a place to call home. While apartment leasing experience is a plus, the company is willing to train the right candidate who possesses a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn. Experience with Section 42/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities is preferred.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Weekend availability required, including participation in a Saturday rotation

- Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field

Responsibilities
- Tour the community and apartment homes with prospective residents
- Assist with the application and move-in process
- Prepare lease and move-in documents
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
- Support resident retention and community engagement efforts
- Help maintain high occupancy and leasing goals
