About The Position
Pedcor Homes Corporation is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Representative to join our team at The Wren. This role involves building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping people find a place they'll love to call home. The ideal candidate can make a prospect feel at home before they've even signed a lease.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing, sales, customer service, or related experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and practices
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated mindset
- Weekend availability required
Nice To Haves
- Property management experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist with lease agreements, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain strong resident relationships and contribute to resident retention efforts
- Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
- Support community marketing and leasing goals
- Participate in weekend leasing activities as needed
