Apartment Leasing Professional - North Dallas, TX

This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to prospective residents and current residents while supporting leasing activity and maintaining high occupancy within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. We welcome both entry-level and experienced candidates. This position offers a clear path for career growth within leasing and property management. Candidates must currently reside near the North Dallas, Texas area.
Requirements

- Previous customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, apartment leasing, or similar)
- An engaging, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a structured environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner
- Conduct apartment tours while showcasing the community and available homes with confidence and enthusiasm
- Build relationships with prospects and consistently follow up to convert leads into leases
- Prepare lease agreements and related documentation in accordance with company policies
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect information using Yardi Voyager and CRM systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Support the onsite team in creating a welcoming, organized, and well-presented community
- Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong organization and follow-through
- Work a schedule that includes every Saturday and four weekdays
