About The Position

Museum House has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

Requirements

Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is
Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Responsibilities

Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
Community event planning and execution
Follow up with prospects by phone and email
Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
Assisting in lease renewals
Respond to resident concerns
