This role is a dynamic mix of sales, onsite future resident management, marketing, customer service, and relationship building. In this role you will be able to exemplify the Art of Neighboring. You will not only manage the sales process from start to finish, you will be the face of your assigned community - a true extension of the Kairoi brand! You will be the first impression and interaction that future residents experience. You will make a lasting and welcoming first impression through phone calls, emails, video chats, and in-person leasing tours. An attitude of hospitality and enthusiasm are integral to this role as you provide information, schedule visits, give tours, and determine resident eligibility. In this role you’ll need to be skilled at delivering remarkable service and enhancing the resident experience.
