This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This involves performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Essential responsibilities include performing sales and leasing activities to achieve community goals, inspecting apartments for move-in readiness, staying informed about market and competitor conditions, developing and executing marketing activities to drive traffic, utilizing on-site property management software for tracking and data management, ensuring the community and show units meet quality standards, following up with prospects and new residents, executing lease renewal programs, and promptly responding to resident and client/owner concerns.
