Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
  • Previous property management experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Convert phone and walk-in leads into happy, well-supported new residents
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages long-term renewals
  • Conduct engaging property and apartment tours that inspire confidence and excitement
  • Maintain organized and accurate lease files and support daily administrative functions
  • Update leasing data, complete weekly market surveys, and support occupancy goals
  • Present model units and amenity areas with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
  • Support the property’s marketing efforts, including outreach and social media updates
  • Respond to resident needs with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy
