Leasing Professional - Brookside 112
About The Position
This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Brookside 112 is a 369-unit community in east Vancouver, WA, set among dense trees and walking paths while still offering easy access to downtown. Residents choose from classic or newly remodeled floor plans with full-size washers and dryers and vaulted ceilings in select homes, and enjoy two swimming pools, a resident clubhouse, club-quality fitness center and covered/garage parking.
Requirements
- Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions
- High level of professionalism in both manner and dress

Responsibilities
- Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
- Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'
- Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes
- Community event planning and execution
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units
- Assisting in lease renewals
- Respond to resident concerns
