About The Position

Greystar is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional for Parkside Apartments, a 254-unit garden-style community located a few miles from downtown Eugene. The community offers amenities including an indoor basketball court, a year-round spa, and a large outdoor patio, with access to public transportation and major highways.

The Leasing Professional contributes to the community’s success by delivering excellent customer service, supporting leasing and resident relations, and helping market available apartments. The role includes conducting in-person and virtual tours, supporting move-ins and lease renewals, following up with prospects, and assisting with community events and marketing.

Requirements

• A positive, can-do attitude is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or One Site.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
• Conduct tours of the community and apartments, including virtual and in-person tours.
• Help ensure a positive move-in experience for customers.
• Research comparable properties for marketing and advertising purposes.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
• Use social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns.
• Explain apartment features, answer resident questions, and complete legal documents.
