Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
- Previous property management experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with OneSite is a plus

Responsibilities
- Convert phone and walk-in leads into happy, well-supported new residents
- Deliver exceptional customer service that encourages long-term renewals
- Conduct engaging property and apartment tours that inspire confidence and excitement
- Maintain organized and accurate lease files and support daily administrative functions
- Update leasing data, complete weekly market surveys, and support occupancy goals
- Present model units and amenity areas with professionalism, care, and attention to detail
- Support the property’s marketing efforts, including outreach and social media updates
- Respond to resident needs with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy
